We understand that plans change and circumstances happen, therefore our refund policy is as follows:
More than 60 days until race – 100% refund
Between 60 and 30 days until race – 50% refund
Less than 30 days until race – 0% refund
Entries are non transferable to other racers.
If you registered for the half marathon but would like to participate the 5K run instead, contact the race director prior to May 1, 2012 and we will make the change for you. We can transfer your entry to the shorter distance but you will not receive a refund for the difference in price. You will still receive the hat or visor you selected when you registered.
If you cannot participate, you are welcome to come to packet pick-up to get your bib number, goody bag and other items you purchased in advance or that come with registration. We are happy to mail your goodies to you post-race, but ask that you send in a written request to the Happy Girls Race Director and a check for $10 to Lay It Out Events, 704 NW Georgia Street, Bend, OR, 97701.You can also pick up your packet and goodies at our office in Bend post-race as well.
