Custom bibs have been ordered and numbers are assigned, so we will not be making any registration changes until packet pick up on May 25 at RiverBend Park. Any registration change will be an additional $10.

Refund Policy:
We understand that plans change and circumstances happen, however entry fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another athlete.
If you registered for the half marathon but would like to participate in a shorter distance event instead (e.g., 10K or 5K) instead, you must contact the race director one month prior and we will initiate the transfer process for you. We can transfer your entry to the shorter distance but you will not receive a refund for the difference in price. If you are transferring to a more expensive event (e.g., 5K to 10K or 10K to Half Marathon) you will need to pay the difference in price. Athletes who cannot participate in the 2013 event due to an injury or medical issue only may transfer an entry to 2014 if the race director is notified one month prior AND a note from a physician is received. Note that if there is a difference in race entry fees, or extra costs (t-shirts, etc.) the athlete will pay the difference. In the event of a transfer to the following year, it is the responsibility of the athlete to confirm with the race director one month prior to race day.
If you cannot participate, you are welcome to come to packet pick-up to receive your bib number and other items you purchased in advance or that come with registration. We are happy to mail them to you post-race, but ask that you send in a written request to the Lay It Out Events Race Director and a check for $10 to Lay It Out Events, Inc., 704 NW Georgia Street, Bend, OR 97701. You can also pick up your packet and goodies at our office in Bend post-race as well. If there are less than 30 days until the race, absolutely no refunds or transfers are possible.
